Refund policy
We operate a 7 day return period. Please email sales@connectbeauty.co.uk within this period to request a return. Returns postage is at the buyers expense. All damages and issues with shipping must be reported to us within 7-days of receipt of your parcel. Postage and shipping charges are non-refundable. If you return an item for a refund, the original delivery cost will not be reimbursed. You will also be responsible for covering the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we have made an error in your order. Shipping charges for orders returned to sender are still chargeable and will not be refunded. Branded Beauty Limited do not recognise batch codes for expiry dates. If you require specific product specifications relating to your purchase you must request and agree this in writing at the time of purchase. Once delivered Branded Beauty will not uplift product or products relating to issues that were not part of the original sales agreement including batch code expiry issues. Branded Beauty and its customers sell stock internationally it is therefore your obligation to make sure the product you buy is suitable for your market. Branded Beauty accept no responsibility if third-party marketplaces do not authorise you to sell specific brands on their platform. We can provide the necessary documentation to gain authorisation to sell the brands we supply, however said platforms review applications on a case by case basis and it is your responsibility to work with them to un-gate each brand. Failure to gain permission to sell our products on any third-party platform does not qualify you for a refund. Branded Beauty sells surplus inventory, end of line and obsolete stock. All images on www.connectbeauty.co.uk are generic images of products and are not always indicative of the products you will receive. Images will reflect the correct packaging however in some cases items may be security tagged and/or have slight blemishes/scratches. We do our best to ensure that all stock is in the best possible condition, however in cases where this is not the case, we will endeavour to indicate the quality of product either by images, notes in the description or selling as clearance items. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the condition of stock is acceptable before purchasing and we are not able to refund any items for any issues relating to the above.
B-Grade Products
B-Grade products are sold as described and are classified as such due to cosmetic or packaging imperfections. This may include, but is not limited to, damaged packaging, broken or missing seals, opened items, or labelling issues. All B-Grade products are unused and the contents remain intact, however they may require additional work such as resealing or relabelling to make them retail-ready.
Due to the nature of B-Grade stock, all sales are final. Branded Beauty Limited do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any B-Grade products under any circumstances. By purchasing B-Grade stock, you acknowledge and accept the condition of the goods. All cost incurred as part of returning items to Branded Beauty will be incurred at the cost of the customer. Branded Beauty cannot provide returns labels or collections. Returns and refunds can take up to 7 days to be processed.
